Covid-19 Restrictions & Guidelines
Go HomeFrom the National Association of REALTORS®:
The coronavirus pandemic continues to impact the real estate industry. Everything, from brokerage operations to how listings are being marketed and the ability to close transactions, is requiring REALTORS® to adapt to these extraordinary circumstances. The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) understands that these unprecedented circumstances are impacting our members’ ability to conduct their businesses. Our members’ success and ability to navigate these uncertain times are paramount to NAR and we encourage all members to stay informed and to comply with local and state government orders regarding coronavirus-related restrictions.
CURRENT RESTRICTIONS & GUIDELINES IN NOCO:
* If you or anyone you have had contact with in the last month is exhibiting signs of illness (or if you suspect you or they may have been exposed to COVID-19), PLEASE do not request showings, walk-throughs or listing presentations.
* For transactions currently under contract, brokers may fulfill their duties to clients and contracts in a manner that minimizes in-person contact and risk of exposure or transmission.
* For all other active and prospective clients:
Brokers have a duty to exercise reasonable skill and care and fully inform their clients on the dangers of proceeding with touring or listing homes. This includes providing access to relevant information and resources in order to make informed decisions. Brokers should exercise their best judgment and proceed with extreme caution, avoiding in-person activities to the maximum possible through leveraging technology.
* The following Advisories have been developed by the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. Brokers are encouraged to provide these advisories to clients and prospective clients until further notice:
