Sharon Cook

Sharon provides a team approach to ensure clients have access to all information, options, and regional expertise--allowing buyers & sellers to feel completely confident in the decision-making process. Sharon works as a fiduciary who specializes in Exclusive Agency representation. As Employing Broker, Sharon strives to manage a brokerage that represents CLIENTS rather than assists CUSTOMERS. There is a difference. The public deserves licensed REALTORS® who take responsibility for their profession and instill confidence throughout the transaction.

Sharon obtained her license in 2004 and is a member of the Loveland/Berthoud Association of REALTORS® (LBAR), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® (FCBR), Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). In 2012, she became Founding Chair for the Independent Brokers Group (IBG) and served as Secretary for LBAR’s Board of Directors. In 2015, Sharon was appointed to the new Downtown Development Authority (DDA), spearheading the revitalization of downtown Loveland.

Stef Erion

Stefanie’s passion is helping clients and investors reach their dreams from right sizing, upsizing, first-time home buyers, vacation homes, and even commercial properties. She is dedicated to her clients and works persistently and efficiently to meet their needs and achieve their goals in Real Estate. Not only does Stefanie strive for positive outcomes and smooth transactions when it comes to buying a home, she specializes in making sure her clients get exactly what they are looking for and makes the process of purchasing property simple and efficient.

Stefanie’s quality of service can be defined through integrity along with understanding her clients’ specific requests to accomplish successful real estate transactions from the beginning, through closing and far beyond. Loveland

Loveland (population 82,000) is often referred to as America’s “Sweetheart City." Just a short drive west of the Big Thompson Canyon and Rocky Mountain National Park, Loveland is also known as the “Gateway to the Rockies.” What makes Loveland special is the small-town atmosphere, appreciation for the arts with over 300 bronze sculptures throughout the city, open space, trails, parks, lakes and entertainment facilities.


Fort Collins

Set against the foothills of the Rocky Mountains 65 miles north of Denver and 45 miles south of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Fort Collins is the fourth largest city in the State of Colorado (population 176,000) and home of Colorado State University. "The Choice City" represents the very best of Colorado with recreation and sports, cultural activities, festivals and more restaurants per capita than most cities in the nation.


Windsor

The Town of Windsor (population 37,000) is a rapidly developing unique community in Weld County strategically located between Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley. Windsor features several great golf courses, parks, bike trails and much more to enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Old Town Windsor captures the charm of a small town with many locally owned restaurants and shops.


Berthoud

Nicknamed the “Garden Spot of Colorado,” Berthoud (population 13,000) boasts a growing economy, highly-educated workforce, a historic business district, excellent schools and room for new development. Residents enjoy Berthoud’s convenient location south of Loveland, along with its small-town charm, which includes tree-lined streets, beautiful parks, and Victorian homes.


Johnstown

Located just minutes away from Loveland, Greeley and Fort Collins, and about 45 minutes from Denver. Johnstown (population 19,000) is full of opportunity and is historically rooted in agriculture, enjoying the perks of a peaceful small town with nearby big-city amenities.


Timnath

Timnath (population 8,000) is a small town on the rise. A quaint agricultural “bedroom community” located between Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor, the growth of Fort Collins to the west and Windsor to the south has made Timnath attractive for desirable subdivisions.


Wellington

Offering a tight-knit community and small-town feel, Wellington features a historic downtown, safe and relaxed environment, and diverse community programs. Located 10 miles north of Fort Collins, Wellington (population 12,000) is the northernmost Colorado town along Interstate 25 before crossing into Wyoming.
